Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

  • Regional areas: 7–14 business days

Some products may ship directly from our suppliers, which helps us keep costs down and offer a wider range of practical gear for growers.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Returns

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

At this stage, we do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
